Manufacturing

Whether delivering small-volume prototypes or high-volume product assemblies, A2E can leverage the international electronics manufacturing capabilities of our parent company Pivot International to provide fully scalable solutions.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

As part of a product development project or standalone, A2E can fully support the transition of your design into our global manufacturing facilities.

New Product Introduction (NPI) is the output of the design process used to create a structured Bill of Materials (BOM) in our global PLM system.  This then drives demand for material procurement to satisfy any product orders.

Working closely with the chosen factory, our engineers will also provide assembly instructions and design test fixtures and procedures to ensure the quality of the delivered product.

The design and provision of suitable packaging can also be included.

Functional Testing

A2E can support our customer designs from concept to end production and help develop product testing procedures, from Design for Test (DFT) at development stages, automated and manual board testing and quality control processes, system and functionality testing, and factory acceptance tests.

We have broad experience in design certification from Electromagnetic compliance (EMC), CE UKCA, FCC, UL, product safety and radio testing. We offer testing consultation at any level in the design process, from Design for Testing (DFT) at early stages to coordinating product compliance for release and manufacturing test procedures. A2E can also provide consultation on product issues with fault finding and developing a solution at any point in your product lifecycle.
